Your Role As our Senior Workshop Technician, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring every vehicle leaving our workshop is adventure-ready. Your expertise will drive high-quality installations and inspire confidence in our customers. Core Responsibilities

• 4×4 Accessory Installation: Expertly fit off-road equipment such as roof racks, winches, recovery systems, bumpers, and more.
• Suspension Systems: Install, upgrade, and fine-tune suspension systems for peak off-road performance.
• Dual Battery Systems: Set up and configure dual battery systems for overlanding and outdoor power needs.
• Fuel Tanks: Install and pressure-test long-range fuel tanks to enhance vehicle range and capacity.
• Diagnostics & Repairs: Efficiently troubleshoot mechanical and auto-electrical issues, maintaining Wolf Customs’ high standards.
• Workshop Leadership: Mentor junior technicians and support the workshop manager in optimizing workflow.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct detailed inspections to ensure all work is safe, durable, and professionally executed.

What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a skilled professional who combines technical expertise with a passion for the 4×4 lifestyle. Requirements

• Experience:
  • At least 8 years in a similar role with hands-on experience in:
    • 4×4 accessory installation
    • Suspension upgrades
    • Dual battery systems
    • Long-range fuel tanks
    • Auto-electrical diagnostics
• Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of 4×4 vehicles, their mechanical systems, and aftermarket components.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve issues independently and efficiently.
• Attention to Detail: Commitment to precision, safety, and high-quality workmanship.
• Team Player: Capable of working independently while fostering a collaborative workshop environment.
• Passion for Adventure: A genuine enthusiasm for 4×4 vehicles, off-road travel, and outdoor gear is a big plus.
