Product Information

All products offered on this website are designed and manufactured by Oztent Australia Pty Ltd. Wolf Customs (Pty) Ltd ensures that product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate and up to date. However, errors or omissions in product details may occur, and we reserve the right to correct these without prior notice.

Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT. Payments are securely processed through the Yoco Payment Gateway, which accepts instant EFT, Visa, and Mastercard. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method selected.

Shipping and Delivery

We only ship within South Africa.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days of receipt of payment. Delivery times may vary based on your location but are typically completed within 2–7 business days.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

Returns Policy

We strive to offer quality products, but if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return it under these conditions:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all tags and accessories.
• To initiate a return, email us at info@wolfcustoms.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed after the returned item is inspected. Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days. Please note:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our side.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your items for something else, please return to us for a refund within 14 days and place a new order for the product you want at the same time. All items that you would like to exchange must be in a new, resalable condition and include original packaging and all hardware and/or accessories.

When choosing a shipper to return products, keep in mind that Wolf Customs (Pty) Ltd cannot be held liable or responsible for items lost in transit. We recommend using a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.

Please indicate your Wolf Customs (Pty) Ltd invoice number clearly on the shipping label.

Exclusions

Products that cannot be returned or refunded include:

• Items purchased on sale.
• Products damaged due to misuse.
