Eight changes that matter once the rack is loaded and you are a long way from tar.

Move Slats, Keep the Rack On

Add, remove or shift single slats without dismantling the rack. Slat spacing adjusts to suit your load.

20% Lower Profile

Less drag and wind noise on long drives. The flat top has no perimeter lip, so gear slides straight on.

Stronger, Stiffer Slats

40% greater strength and 70% more stiffness, so the platform flexes less under a rooftop tent or full boxes.

Hidden Wiring

Off Without Resealing

The mounting extrusion lets the rack come off without disturbing the roof seal. No sealant to redo.

QUESTIONS WE GET ASKED

Ford Ranger T6.2, Toyota Hilux (8th/9th Gen), Isuzu D-Max (RG01) and VW Amarok (NF) double cabs, plus the Suzuki Jimny 3- and 5-door, Land Cruiser 250 Prado and Ineos Grenadier.

It sits 20% lower, the slats are stronger and stiffer, individual slats can be moved, wiring is hidden, and the rack comes off without resealing the roof.

Dometic says the Slimline 3 takes all of its top-mount rack accessories. There is also a range made specifically for the Slimline 3.
